  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Varsity Bakery reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
  • Varsity Bakery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before submitting an order.

4. Payments

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers.

Customers may pay using:

  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards
  • Instant EFT

Varsity Bakery does not store customers’ banking or card details.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available to selected areas.
  • Delivery charges are determined according to the delivery location.
  • Delivery fees start from R15 for nearby areas and from R30 for areas further away.
  • Delivery hours are between 10:00 and 18:00.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Varsity Bakery cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

6. Collection of Orders

Customers may choose to collect their orders from our store during trading hours. Orders should be collected promptly after notification that they are ready for collection.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has commenced.
  • Due to the perishable nature of bakery and food products, refunds are generally not available once an order has been prepared or delivered.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
  • Any refund approved by Varsity Bakery will be processed through the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

  • To provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • Not to misuse the website.
  • Not to place fraudulent orders.
  • To ensure someone is available to receive delivered orders.

9. Allergies and Dietary Information

While every effort is made to provide accurate ingredient information, products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Wheat
  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Soy
  • Other allergens

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact Varsity Bakery before placing an order.

10. Limitation of Liability

Varsity Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of products, except where required by South African law.
